Join Katie from Sprout Wellness for a 60-minute interactive session on working a sedentary job, how it affects our bodies, and what we can do to keep ourselves in good shape!
There will be door prizes and light refreshments.
This 60-minute workshop will include:
- an overview of common health problems related to sedentary jobs,
- a dive into the affected muscles,
- and simple but effective stretches to help keep your body strong and mobile.
Event schedule: 40-minute long interactive presentation followed by 20 minutes of demonstrations as we practice helpful stretches; time for Q&A and socializing afterwards.
