Join Fraser & Katie for an evening of physical and mental relaxation!
This 90-minute session will include:
- 30 minutes of gentle stretching
- A 30 minute sound bath experience
- Optional: a journal prompt and additional time for reflection
Event schedule: 60-minute long guided stretch and meditation followed by 20 minutes of reflection
Bring water, a yoga mat or towel, and your journal if you have one!
*Chair stretches are available for those who don’t want to get down on the floor!
